WebAdmin(TM) for GCC Elite Printers

March, 1998

Thank you for purchasing a GCC Elite printer with WebAdmin. This folder
contains some helpful information how to set up and use WebAdmin, in
the form of HTML files readable by any World Wide Web browser. The
folder "Elite 12ppm Documentation" contains the complete
Network Guide as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. This file may be read by the
free Adobe Acrobat Reader found in the "Elite 12ppm Documentation"
folder.

The following steps will get you started with the included files:

1. (Optional) Copy the files from this folder into a folder on your
hard disk. This will significantly speed up access to the files.

2. Install a World Wide Web browser (such as Explorer or Netscape Navigator)
on your PC or Macintosh, if you do not already have one.

3. Drag the file "Install.htm" from this CD-ROM (or from your hard disk)
onto the browser icon. Or start up the browser and use the Open Local
or Open File command to open "Install.htm". (If you have not set up
the TCP/IP networking software on your computer yet, be patient --
it may initially take a while for the browser to respond.)

4. Follow the setup steps on the Install page. You will not need to do
much setup if you already use a Web browser over Ethernet from your
   computer.
