System Requirements
486DX2 PC with 8mb or more memory.
Windows 3.1, WFW 3.11 or Windows 95
10 mb of disk space.
Important Notes
1. If you encounter a problem in PC-FAX,
check the port information first.
And sometimes if you are asked for the SF7020/7500 COM port
number by some application, you can refer to the port
information.
If you look at the port information provided through
the control panel of Windows, you can see the
'SF7020/7500 FAX Port' and 'SF7020/7500 Print Port'.
2. If you want to receive FAX messages to PC,
please set the Automatic Ring Count to over 6 counts
using the 'RCV MODE' key on the SF7020/7500's operational
panel.
3. Be sure when using the 'SF7020/7500 Config' program, the Auto receive
of a PC-FAX application must be turned Off.
4. You may encounter blank page ejected while PC-printing,
this is due to the shortage of the SF7020/7500 memory.
If some of the memory is occupied by Fax messages
or Poll-out documents etc., this phenomenon may happen.
In this case, please empty the memory of the
SF7020/7500 machine and try again.
Or you can increase the memory of SF7020/7500.
Please contact to your dealer to increase the memory.
5. SF7020/7500 is compatible with both CLASS1 and CLASS2 PC-FAX
mode.
Note that most PC-FAX applications support max. 200dpi
resolution(fine resolution) in CLASS2/2.0 mode.
So it can not send FAX messages in 300 dpi resolution.
(It is recommended to use CLASS1 mode rather than CLASS2.)

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
