This program lets you see the BIOS passwords that a computer with Award
BIOS is protected with. Both supervisor and user passwords are shown.
It was tested with 4.51PG release of BIOS, but may work with others as
well. If so, please let me know.
Note that Award stores a password as a 2-byte value, which gives only
65536 possibilities - much less than the number of all possible passwords.
It means that the passwords shown by this program will be most likely
different from the ones entered at the setup level.
The program can construct passwords using a set of characters given by
user in the command line. All characters having code from 0x20 up to 0x7f
are allowed. If called without a parameter, AWARDBPF uses small letters
and digits.
This program can be copied freely, but only unmodified and with README.TXT
included. If you find it useful, a postcard will be nice (a pour man's
alternative is a piece of ASCII-art e-mailed to me).
Usual disclaimers apply (I'm not responsible for * etc...).
