Product: ACR38 CT-API

1) CT_init
Logical card terminal number (ctn) is started from zero. It is mapped to "ACS ACR38U 0" in PC/SC driver. Port number (pn) is ignored in the function.
2) CT_data
This function supports MCU card and subset of CT-BCS only.
Destination Address (dad) is limited to ICC1 (0x00) and CT (0x01).
ICC1 is mapped to card slot 1 in ACR38 and is used to send card command.
CT is used to send CT-BCS commands.
The following CT-BCS commands are supported:
CLA: 0x20
INS: 0x11 (Reset CT)
P1: 0x01 (ICC1)
P2: 0x01 (Return complete ATR)
CLA: 0x20
INS: 0x12 (Request ICC)
P1: 0x01 (ICC1)
P2: N/A (b8-b5)
0x01 (b4-b1: Return complete ATR)
Lc: 0x01
Data: Waiting time in seconds (1 byte)
Note: P1 and P2 are limited to the above values.
2. Installation
---------------
The installation of CT-API DLL library requires two steps.
Step 1 - Installation of ACR38 PC/SC driver.
This implementation of CT-API is based on PC/SC Layer. Therefore, user should have ACR38
PC/SC driver installed on the system before using this CT-API DLL library.
ACR38 PC/SC driver can be downloaded at:

Step 2 - Copy the CT-API DLL library to appropriate folder
If you want to install the DLL library only for your application, then please put the DLL
in the working directory of your application (e.g. C:\Program Files\My_CTAPI_Prog).
If you want to perform a system-wide installation of the DLL library, then please put the
DLL in WIndows System (C:\Windows\System for Windows 98/ME) or
System32 (C:\Windows\System32 for Windows 2K/XP) directory.

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
