Installation of PCMCIA.INF

1. With Win98 running, copy PCMCIA.INF from the directory where you extracted it
(for example: C:\PCMCIA.W98) to C:\WINDOWS\INF.
2. From the Start Menu, select Settings, Control Panel. In Control Panel,
open System by double clicking on the System Icon. Click on the Device
Manager tab in System Properties. Under "PCMCIA Socket", remove the "Generic
Cardbus Controller" (There are two, delete both). Press Refresh button.
3. Add new Hardware dialog box appears showing "Toshiba ToPIC100 Cardbus Controller"
was detected. Click Next. At "Search for best driver" dialog, click Next. Click
Next two more times. Next dialog will find PCMCIA.INF, click Next again. Click Finish.
Then, click Yes to restart your computer.
4. After reboot, will find next Cardbus Controller. Click Next to "Search for best
driver". Click Next again. Next dialog will find PCMCIA.INF, click Next again.
Click Finish. Then, click Yes to restart your computer.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
