SUPPLIED FILES

    SMC1660N.SYS NDIS3 MiniPort driver
SMC1660N.INF Windows 95 driver information file for SMC
    WIN95\README.TXT Readme file

NOTE1: The Windows 95 driver is already installed on the root directory
of the SMC Diskette. You DO NOT have to install this driver
by selecting the Software Installation option in the SMCINST program
       or by running INSTALL.BAT.

NOTE2: SMCINST will run in Windows 95, but the best way to test the
card is to shut down and then restart the computer in MS DOS
mode. This way, you can be sure that no driver is loaded, so
the SMCINST program will work correctly.

NOTE3: A Windows 95 installation batch file has been included in the root
directory of the floppy disk. The batch file is called W95INST.BAT.
Execute this file from Windows 95 and it will copy the appropriate
files and prompt you to reboot. When asked, supply the driver disk.
This batch file also may be used to update an older driver.
