[MiniGL 1.49]

MiniGL was created by 3dfx to effectivly use Glide to accelerate OpenGL rendering with significant speed. Combining a base layer of op codes for OpenGL and Glide translation calls it effectivly blended hardware specific and optimized code with an API driver for one of the first optimized drivers for hardware. It operates off the Glide2x library and is fairly fast and supports many games with OpenGL 1.1 compatibility. MiniGL 1.49 introduced also AMD 3DNow! enhanced instruction sets as well as Intel SSE SIMD instruction sets.

>>To use you will need to copy and rename the 3dfxminigl_1.49.dll to the respectfully used MiniGL name by the application (For example: Quake2 would use 3dfxgl.dll).
