Brother Scanner Utility The Brother Scanner Utility is used for configuring the scanner driver for resolutions greater than 600dpi and scanning Legal size paper from the ADF when using Windows(R) XP. To run the utility: Locate the Brother Scanner Utility.exe file (BrScUtil.exe) and double click on the file. The utility is located in the X:/Program Files/Brother/BRMFLPRO folder of your computers hard drive (X: is the drive letter of the hard drive that you installed the Brother MFL-Pro Software on). NOTE: -Scanning at resolutions greater than 600dpi may cause problems with some scanning applications. -If your machine is a flatbed model you can only scan legal size pages from the ADF. -If you are scanning legal size documents at 500X500 dpi from the Automatic Document Feeder on some Flatbed models you may experience a problem with the image being compressed when the page is viewed from an application. To avoid this problem we recommend selecting the next lower or higher resolution setting."Download Driver Pack
