The Windows 95 installation disks or CD are needed to complete this

 Using adapter driver
 ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÿ4

@@@@ "DO NOT" install the adapter in the computer yet. @@@@
       Boot the computer to Win95.

Open "My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "Networks" icons.
If any of the following strings exist,

"PCI Ethernet DECchip 21040 Based Adapter"
"PCI Fast Ethernet DCEchip 21140 Based Adapter"
"PCI Ethernet DECchip 21041 Based Adapter"

You are currently using the Windows 95 built-in DECchip driver.
Please REMOVE all of them before continue the following steps.

Select "Add adapter" -> "Have disk" items.
Type the following (assume the driver is located at C:\WIN95)

            C:\WIN95

Select the correct driver according to your adapter type.

Windows 95 will copy the driver files from the released driver disk.
At this monent, Windows 95 will also copy the necessary files from
the Windows 95 CD-ROM. Prepare your Windows 95 CD-ROM or floppies
      for this process.

After finishing file copy, Windows 95 will ask you to reboot the PC.
Select "No". Then click on "Start", click on "Shoutdown". Turn the
computer off when it is safe to do so. Install the Ethernet adapter
into the computer, then connect your network cable to the Ethernet
adapter. Power the computer back on.

During Windows 95 bootup, Windows 95 will automatically detect the
network adapter. You don't have to do anything at this point.

After this automatic process, Windows 95 should proceed to complete
boot up process and your network adapter should work normally.

If the adapter does not work at this point, check the adapter
      under Device Manager:

Open "My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "System" icons
select "Device Manager" tab. Select "View devices by type",
highlight the PCI network adapter, then select properties.
If there are any problems, there will be a message under
            "Device status".

 Trouble Shooting
 ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ

Everything is OK in Device Manager, but network adapter still does't
function properly. Please make sure that your Computer name is
different from others in the same network. You can change your
       Computer name in

"My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "Network" ->
       "Identification" icons

Everything appears to be OK but network adapter still doesn't
function properly. Please make sure that the adapter is properly
connected to a network device (ex: HUB) and the "connection type"
for this adapter is set to "AutoSense" or the correct media type.
       You can check it in

"My Computer" -> "Control Panel" -> "Network" -> "Properties" icons
       Select "Advanced" item

 ÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄÄ

Open "My Computer" -> "Control Pannel" -> "Network" ->
       Double click "TE-100PCI .."
       Select "Advanced" item.

Connection Type Specify the connection type for the adapter.

adapter. It is not recommended to use this
keyword. As you know two or more adapter in
the same network with same Ethernet address
                            will cause a little problem.

When using this keyword you need to input
exactly 6 bytes of Ethernet address using one
                            of the following format:

                              xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx
                            OR
                              xxxxxxxxxxxx

Default: read address from adapter ROM.
