Monitor Installation Diskette for Windows 95/98 users
When you start your system, Windows will detect that you have added new hardware and will choose a default
setting. To get the optimum performance from your monitor, you should load the files from the diskette supplied with
your IBM monitor. To do this, carry out the following steps:
1. Open the Display Properties Window (Click on Start, then Settings, then Control Panel and then double click on
the Display icon).
2. Click on the Settings tab.
3. Click "Advanced Properties".
4. Under Monitor Type, click the Change button.
5. Insert the diskette and click the Have Disk button.
6. Click the OK button.
7. Choose your monitor type and click OK. The files will be copied from the diskette.
8. Close all open windows and remove the diskette.
9. Restart the system.

Lorsque vous démarrez votre système, Windows détectera la présence d’un nouveau périphérique et choisira les
paramètres par défaut. Pour que votre moniteur fonctionne de manière optimale, vous devez charger les fichiers de
la disquette fournie avec votre moniteur IBM en procédant comme suit :
1. Ouvrez la fenêtre Propriétés d’affichage (cliquez sur Démarrer, Paramètres, Panneau de configuration, puis
double-cliquez sur l’icône Affichage).
2. Cliquez sur l’onglet Configuration.
3. Cliquez Propriétés avancée.
4. Dans la zone Type de moniteur, cliquez sur Changer.
5. Introduisez la disquette et cliquez sur Disquette fournie.
6. Cliquez sur OK.
7. Choisissez le modèle de votre moniteur et cliquez sur OK. Les fichiers sont alors copiés depuis la disquette.
8. Fermez toutes les fenêtres et retirez la disquette.
9. Redémarrez le système.

Wenn Sie Ihr System starten, wird von Windows festgestellt, daß Sie neue Hardware hinzugefügt haben, und eine
Standardeinstellung ausgewählt. Um eine optimale Leistung Ihres Bildschirms zu erzielen, sollten Sie die Dateien
von der mit dem IBM Bildschirm gelieferten Diskette laden. Gehen Sie dabei folgendermaßen vor:
1. Öffnen Sie das Fenster „Eigenschaften von Anzeige“ (Klicken Sie auf „Start“, dann auf „Einstellungen“, dann
auf „Systemsteuerung“, und doppelklicken Sie anschließend auf das Symbol „Anzeige“).
2. Klicken Sie auf das Register „Einstellungen“.
3. Klicken „Erweiterte Eigenschaften“.
4. Klicken Sie neben „Bildschirm“ auf „Ändern“.
5. Legen Sie die Diskette ein, und klicken Sie auf „Diskette“.
6. Klicken Sie auf „OK“.
7. Wählen Sie Ihren Bildschirm aus, und klicken Sie auf „OK“. Die Dateien werden nun von der Diskette kopiert.
8. Schließen Sie alle geöffneten Fenster, und nehmen Sie die Diskette heraus.
9. Starten Sie das System neu.

Al iniciar el sistema, Windows detectará que se ha agregado nuevo hardware y seleccionará un valor
predeterminado. Para que el monitor funcione óptimamente, cargue los archivos del disco que se suministra con el
monitor IBM. Para ello, realice los pasos siguientes:
1. Abra la ventana Propiedades de pantalla (haga clic en Inicio; a continuación en la ficha Valores; en Panel de
control y finalmente, haga doble clic en el icono Pantalla).
2. Haga clic en la ficha Valores.
3. Haga clic Propiedades avanzate.
4. En Tipo de monitor, haga clic en el botón Cambiar.
5. Introduzca el disco y haga clic en el botón Utilizar disco.
6. Haga clic en el botón Aceptar.
7. Seleccione su tipo de monitor y haga clic en Aceptar. Se copiarán los archivos del disco.
8. Cierre todas las ventanas abiertas y retire el disco.
9. Reinicie el sistema.

All’avvio del sistema, Windows si accorge che è stato aggiunto un nuovo hardware e sceglie un’impostazione di
default. Per ottenere le migliori prestazioni dal monitor caricare i file dal dischetto fornito con il monitor IBM. A
questo fine effettuare le seguenti operazioni:
1. Aprire la finestra caratteristiche display (cliccare su Avvio, poi su Impostazioni, poi Pannello di controllo e quindi
cliccare due volte sulla icona display).
2. Cliccare su linguetta Scheda Impostazioni.
3. Cliccare proprietá avanzate.
4. Sotto Tipo monitor, cliccare sul tasto Cambio.
5. Inserire il dischetto e cliccare sul tasto Dischetto presente.
6. Cliccare sul tasto OK.
7. Selezionare il tipo di monitor e cliccare su OK. I file vengono copiati dal dischetto.
8. Chiudere tutte le finestre aperte in precedenza e rimuovere il dischetto.
9. Riavviare il sistema.
