A) NDIS/3 Driver Installation for Windows NT 3.51
   ==============================================
   1. In the Main group of NT, choose the Control Panel icon.

   2. In the Control Panel window, choose the Network icon.

   3. In the Network Settings dialog box, choose the Add Adapter button.
      The Add Network Adapter dialog box will appear.

   4. In the list of network cards, select "<other> Requires disk from
      manufacturer", and then press <Enter> button.

   5. Insert this driver disk in drive A, enter drive and pathname A:\
      and then choose the OK button.

   6. In the Select OEM Option dialog box, you will see 32-Bit IO Mode PCI
      Ethernet Adapter in the menu, use OK button to install it.

   7. After that, installation is completed.  Our adapter becomes one of
      those Installed Adapter Cards and driver become one of those Installed
      Network Software. You can see: "[0x]32-Bit IO Mode PCI Ethernet Adapter"
      within Installed Adapter Cards menu and "32-Bit IO Mode PCI Ethernet
      Adapter Driver" within Installed Network Software menu.

   8. Now, the system have already copied driver named PCINT.SYS to the
      C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS and the OEMSETNT.INF from A:\ to
      C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 but renamed it to other installation information
      file.

   9. To complete network installation, remember binding the adapter by
      choosing "Bindings" button in the Network Setting dialog box.

  10. Restart your computer to take effect the network function.


B) NDIS/4 Driver Installation for Windows NT 4.0
   =============================================
   1. In the Main group of NT, choose the Control Panel icon.

   2. In the Control Panel window, choose the Network icon.

   3. Select "Adapters" item, then click "Add..." button from
      "Network" dialog box.

   4. Click "Have Disk..." button from "Select Network Adapter" dialog
      box.

   5. Enter the full pathname A:\ of the driver installation
      information file (OEMSETNT.INF) in "Insert Disk" dialog box,
      then click OK button.

   6. Select "32-Bit IO Mode PCI Ethernet Adapter" then click OK button from
      "Select OEM Option" dialog box.

   7. Click "Close" in the "Network" dialog box. Windows NT will copy driver
      from A:\WINNT to C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS and the OEMSETNT.INF
      from A:\ to C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32 but renamed it to other installation
      information file.

   8. Restart your computer to take effect the network function.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
