------------
KNOWN ISSUES
------------

1. Username not properly identified in GINA when GINA is locked
This issue can be duplicated by logging onto a workstation with the VeriSoft GINA active. When workstation is locked either manually or through card removal, if you attempt to place another user's contactless card into the reader to start the unlocking process, you will see the old username and not the current. You will need to type the name of the individual, but only at the locked GINA.

2. Smartcard removal policy hinders smartcard management
There is an issue with the smartcard removal logic. In the case that you have a policy set to log off or log out of the product and you are attempting to manage other users smartcards administratively, you will be logged out of the system every time you remove someone else's smartcard.

3. Contactless Card usage leaves callback error messages in Event Log
This is due to a bug within OMNIKEY'S Driver and SDK and has been reported to OMNIKEY

4. Template On Card Disabling/Revoking still allows FP Method to attempt logon
Because a template on card shows 2 Factors being enabled, if you disable or revoke a card, the Fingerprint method is still available for logon. When the user attempts to logon, ONLY after finger verification is complete does the user get a message that they cannot logon with that disabled SC.

5. CardMan 5121 Does not support Contact Cards
The card reader was implemented only for Contactless cards.

6. GINA Support on Server may hang or perform slowly
The installation of VeriSoft on a server prompts you to use the standard logon interface or use the VeriSoft, and it is recommended to use the standard interface unless there is a need for advanced authentication directly at the server. In certain situations, the server may respond slowly when pressing Control-Alt-Delete and may look as if the server is hung. This is currently being investigated and it is recommended to leave the GINA as Microsoft's GINA.

7. Fingerprint-based Cached Logon does not work
The ability to run the client in a disconnected mode works for all supported authentication options except for fingerprint. This will be resolved shortly after the beta release. Please contact your Bioscrypt representative for updates.
