Dear Infortrend customer, This is a release note for firmware version 1.31I using with IFT-3102U/IFT-3101U/IFT-3101UG RAID controller series. The file "F30B131I.EXE" should contian: 1. Readme.txt - This file 2. F30B131I - Firmware binary V1.31I 3. B30B112B - Boot record binary V1.12B Refer to the Instruction Manual for upgrading the firmware. Notice: ------- 1. IFT-9073U2 (3 channels Ultra2 daughter board for IFT-3102UA) is supported in firmware 2.11 or newer firmware versions. It's not supported in firmware 1.31 family. 2. If "FW Upgradibility" shows "REV.A" (in View system Information), this controller can upgrade up to firmware 1.31 family, not to firmware 2.11 or newer firmware versions. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
