Thank you for purchasing our product.

You have just opened the README.TXT file. It contains
information about the installation of the printer driver that
comes with your package.

*** Very important: ***
 1. Please don't overwrite the files of "UNIDRV.DLL" and "ICONLIB.DLL" to your
    windows system while installing this driver.


Printer Driver Installation Guide:
==================================
There are six Windows platforms supported by the this driver disk.  Each driver
resides in different directory described as follows:

        Platform                        Directory
        --------                        ---------
        Windows 95                        WIN95
        Windows 98                        WIN98
        Windows NT 4.0                    NT40
        Windows 2000                      WIN2000
        Windows XP                        WINXP
	Windows 2003 Server		  Win2003


You can run the setup application to install printer driver automatically in all of the above 
six Windows platforms, or use Windows "Add Printer" wizard to complete the installation.
The process will be as following,


Installing Windows 95/98 Printer Driver:

 1.     Select the Settings entry from the Start menu.
 2.     Select the Printers entry from the Settings menu.
 3.     Double-click the "Add" Printer icon.
 4.     Click the "Next" button.
 5.     Select which port your printer is connected.
 6.     Click the "Next" button.
 7.     Click the "Have Disk" button.
 8.     Put the Driver Disk into the drive A: (or B:, C:).
 9.     Click the "OK" button.
10.     Change directories to WIN95.
11.     Highlight the corresponding printer driver name.
12.     Click the "Next" button.
13.     Highlight the corresponding printer port.
14.     Click the "Configure Port" button if you need to configure your port
        settings.
15.     Click the "Next" button.
16.     Click the "Next" button.
17.     Choose "No" without printing a test page or
               "Yes" with printing a test page.
18.     Click the "Finish" button.



Installing Windows WIN2000/NT 4.0 Printer Driver:

 1.     Select the Settings entry from the Start menu.
 2.     Select the Printers entry from the Settings menu.
 3.     Double-click the "Add" Printer icon.
 4.     Click the "Next" button.
 5.     Select which port your printer is connected.
 6.     Click the "Next" button.
 7.     Click the "Have Disk" button.
 8.     Put the Driver Disk into the drive A: (or B:, C:).
 9.     Change directories to NT40.
10.     Click the "OK" button.
11.     Highlight the corresponding printer driver name.
12.     Click the "Next" button.
13.     Highlight the corresponding printer port.
14.     Click the "Configure Port" button if you need to configure your port
        settings.
15.     Click the "Next" button.
16.     Click the "Next" button.
17.     Choose "No" without printing a test page or
               "Yes" with printing a test page.
18.     Click the "Finish" button.


Installing Windows WINXP/WIN2003 Printer Driver:

 1.     Select the Settings entry from the Start menu.
 2.     Click the "printer and fax" settings entry menu.
 3.     Click the "Add Printer" icon from printer job of settings dialogue.
 4.     Click the "Next" button.
 5.     Select "Check Radio" to connect this computer to local printer without auto-detection.
 6.     Select which port your printer is connected.
 7.     Click the "Next" button.
 8.     Click the "Have Disk" button.
 9.     Put the Driver Disk into the drive A: (or B:, C:).
10.     Change directories to WIN2000/WINXP/WIN2003.
11.     Click the "OK" button.
12.     Highlight the corresponding printer driver name.
13.     Click the "Next" button.
14.     Highlight the corresponding printer port.
15.     Click the "Configure Port" button if you need to configure your port
        settings.
16.     Click the "Next" button.
17.     Click the "Next" button.
18.     Choose "No" without printing a test page or
               "Yes" with printing a test page.
19.     Click the "Finish" button.

Ver 3.2.23
 1. In this version, we add Windows 2000 printer driver installation directory.

Ver 3.2.31
 1. Modify printer driver to support bidirectional text printing,
    especially support the Arabic Windows version.
 2. Support Windows XP printer driver installation.
 3. Remove printer utility, DOS, Win31 and NT3.51 software subdirectory from
    this driver disk. Please contact with your vender for support.

Ver 3.3.00
 1. Modify paper size information format in this version. It's not compatible
    with some printer firmware versions out of date. If you get any trouble in
    the printing, please contact with your vendor for support.
 2. Supports "Tear off Enabled" function in driver setup dialogue.

Ver 3.3.10
 1. Support Windows 2003 Server printer driver.
 2. Add auto-install function in this version.

Ver 3.3.11
 1. Modify the printer drivers build environment for Windows 2000 and Windows XP to meet the advanced 
    API function calls which are used in some third party software applications.

Ver 3.3.20
 This modification is for Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows XP only, the other operation systems keep the previous versions.
 1. Add customer defined paper size function.
 2. Do not force to restart PC after driver installing.
 3. Add driver revision information.

Ver 3.3.21
 This modification is for Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows XP only, the other operation systems keep the previous versions.
 1. Modify poor printing when printing a gray scale picture.
 2. Determine the max paper size according to gpd file.
 3. Auto-install show dialog to browse files when the system files do not find.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
