Cause: No message to the end user to reboot after uninstalling BASP

- Issue: CQ14385 - Silent install using the umbrella installer completes before the install does
Cause: Not using correct commandline to wait for the installer to complete before continuing with the next process within a batch or script file.
Change: Use "start /wait setup /s /w /v/qn" without the quotes, when running setup within a batch file.

- Issue: CQ14390 - BACS icon remains in system tray after uninstall using umbrella.
Cause: Previous umbrella installer had issues uninstalling.
Change: Corrected uninstall issues with later versions.

- Issue: CQ14200 - The Driver Installer Always Runs When Only A Change to the Installed Components are Selected.
Cause: The Modify property was not being set properly by the MSI when in Add / Remove.
Change: Added a custom action to not run Driver Installer. Set a condition on the Add/Remove Dialog so that when performing a change, to call this action to set the driver installer to not run.
Impact: Umbrella Installer.

- Issue: CQ14222 - Repair Feature from MSI Installer Does not Work.
Cause: The Reinstall property was not being set properly by the MSI when in Add / Remove.
Change: Added a custom action to set REINSTALL=ALL during Add/Remove Repair selection. This is a documented MSI bug for installers running nested installs.
Impact: Umbrella Installer.

- Issue: CQ142332 - Attempting to Cancel The Installation Does Not Perform a Rollback
Cause: The Umbrella installer launches 3 other installers silently during the install process. Due to this fact, depending on when you click cancel, the installer may have already installed one or more of the nested installers.
Change: Disabled the cancel button once the end user has committed to install.
Impact: Umbrella Installer.
