*** USING THE MMC SNAP-IN ***

On a Windows system, you can use Array Manager from the Microsoft Management Console (MMC)
instead of the Array Manager console. For more information on the MMC, refer to the MMC
online help.

*** INSTALLING THE MMC SNAP-IN ***

On Windows NT, you must install the MMC files and Internet Explorer 4.0 or later before
you can use the MMC snap-in. The MMC files are available on the Dell OpenManage Array Manager CD-ROM
under the MMC directory. After you have installed the MMC files, select the MMC Snap-in
shortcut from the Start menu to access the MMC snap-in.

With Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003, the MMC files are already installed. You can
access the MMC snap-in immediately through the MMC Snap-In shortcut from the Start menu.
