Special notice for use of Windows NT 4.0 vector/raster plotter driver

2. Confirmed Special Notices
 (1)In some cases, printing as specified in the application is unavailable due
    to gradient of TrueType font.
 (2)A printing may be partially lost from a drawing in some case.
 (3)No printing or incompletion of printing may be occurred whenever capacity
    in the hard disk in which a system is installed is insufficient.
    Ensure to provide sufficient memory capacity.
 (4)Since the maximum numerical printing capability is limited to 16 bit and
    below in setting up for some application, printing may be impracticable on
    a selected paper size.

3. Installing Method of Driver
 (1)When a previous version of this driver is installed, remove the old driver.
 (2)Restart the computer before installing the driver.
 (3)Double click "My Computer" and "Printers" icon in this order so as to open
    the printer dialog box.
    Double click "Add Printer" icon therefrom.
 (4)"Add Printer Wizard" will be opened. First selecting either
     Local printer, or Network Printer,
    then push the button for the "Next" processing.
    Hereinafter, the case to select "Local printer" shall explain.
 (5)Selecting a port to be connected from the "Available ports", push the button
    for the "Next" processing.
 (6)Install a floppy disk into the FD drive, push the button to "Have Disk...",
    then push the OK button.
 (7)Hence the printer name will be appeared, select the plotter so as to push
    the button for the "Next" processing.
 (8)Input the printer name to change, push the button for the "Next" processing.
 (9)Selecting the "Shared/Not shared" of network users, push the button
    for the "Next" processing.
(10)After selecting the "Yes/No" of test page, push the "Finish" button.
    (for JV series only)
3. Examples for Elimination of Troubles
 (1)Please use JV2-130 when the plotter's ROM version is vl.28 and over.
 (2)When a cutting is to be achieved by "Adobe Illustrator7", the following
    precaution shall be followed.
      Character: Only outline with void of maximum 0.5 point in line-width
      Graphic  : Without intermediate coat of maximum 0.5 point in line-width
 (3)RS-232C Set up.
