A) Driver Installation for Netware Server 4.11, 5.0
   ================================================
   1. On the server console, load the NetWare Server Installation Utility.

               LOAD INSTALL <- If you use NetWare 4.11

               LOAD NWCONFIG <- If you use NetWare 5

   2. Choose "Driver Options  (load/unload ...)" and press <Enter>.

   3. Choose "Configure network drivers" and press <Enter>.

   4. Choose "Select an additional driver" and press <Enter>.

   5. Press the <Ins> key to install the driver which is not on the list.

   6. Press <F3> to specify a different path (A:\NETWARE\SERVER) and press
      <Enter>.

   7. The PCIODI.LAN should appear on the selection list. Press <Enter> to
      choose it.

   8. You can "Select/Modify driver parameters and protocols", and then "Save
      parameters and load driver".

   9. Follow instructions to complete driver installation.

  10. It will add the LOAD and BIND command lines to the AUTOEXEC.NCF file so
      that the LAN driver will be loaded automatically while the server
      is starting up.

B) Driver Installation for Netware Server 4.x
   ==========================================
   1. Insert Driver Diskette in your PC's floppy drive (A: or B:).

   2. Change to the NetWare Server directory (for example: CD\NWSERVER)

   3. Copy the following files from Driver Diskette to the NetWare
      Server directory.

             \NETWARE\SERVER\4.X\NBI.NLM
             \NETWARE\SERVER\4.X\MSM.NLM
             \NETWARE\SERVER\4.X\ETHERTSM.NLM
             \NETWARE\SERVER\PCIODI.LAN

   4. Sample AUTOEXEC.NCF for NetWare Server 3.12

       AUTOEXEC.NCF
       ============
          LOAD C:NBI
          LOAD C:MSM
          LOAD C:ETHERTSM
          LOAD C:PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_802.2 NAME=E_8022
          LOAD C:PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_802.3 NAME=E_8023
          LOAD C:PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_II NAME=E_II
          LOAD C:PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_SNAP NAME=E_SNAP
          BIND IPX E_8022 NET=10
          BIND IPX E_8023 NET=20
          BIND IPX E_II   NET=30
          BIND IPX E_SNAP NET=40

C) Driver Installation for Netware Server 3.12
   ===========================================
   1. Insert Driver Diskette in your PC's floppy drive (A: or B:).

   2. Change to the NetWare Server directory (for example: CD\SERVER.312)

   3. Copy the following files from Driver Diskette to the NetWare
      Server directory.

             \NETWARE\SERVER\3.12\NBI31X.NLM
             \NETWARE\SERVER\3.12\MSM31X.NLM
             \NETWARE\SERVER\3.12\ETHERTSM.NLM
             \NETWARE\SERVER\PCIODI.LAN

   4. Sample AUTOEXEC.NCF for NetWare Server 3.12

       AUTOEXEC.NCF
       ============
          LOAD C:NBI31X
          LOAD C:MSM31X

          LOAD C:PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_802.2 NAME=E_8022
          LOAD C:PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_802.3 NAME=E_8023
          LOAD C:PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_II NAME=E_II
          LOAD C:PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_SNAP NAME=E_SNAP
          BIND IPX E_8022 NET=10
          BIND IPX E_8023 NET=20
          BIND IPX E_II   NET=30
          BIND IPX E_SNAP NET=40

D) Driver Custom Keywords
   ======================
   The following parameters are used in PCIODI.LAN.

   1. SLOT : specifies which adapter is enabled when multiple PCI adapters
                are found in your computer. The SLOT keyword is an index
                value corresponding to PCI BIOS. The mapping from SLOT
                to physical PCI slot is different from one machine to
                another.

                 Ex: LOAD PCIODI SLOT=3 FRAME=ETHERNET_802.2
                     LOAD PCIODI SLOT=4 FRAME=ETHERNET_802.2

   2. FRAME : specifies which frame type is used by the driver. Accepted
                values are Ethernet_802.2, Ethernet_802.3, Ethernet_II and
                Ethernet_SNAP. Multiple frame types can be enabled
                by loading the same driver with different FRAME types.

                 Ex: LOAD PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_802.2
                     LOAD PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_802.3
                     LOAD PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_II
                     LOAD PCIODI FRAME=ETHERNET_SNAP

   3. NODE : Use a different address to replace the node address burned
                in EEPROM.

                Ex: LOAD PCIODI NODE=02A0A2001122

   4. MEDIUMTYPE : Specifies which medium type is used by the driver.
                   Accepted vaules are AUTO,100FULL,100HALF,10FULL and 10HALF.

                Ex: LOAD PCIODI SLOT=3 MEDIUMTYPE=100HALF FRAME=ETHERNET_802.2
