This document contains installation notes, which is not included in the
DE-660 Ethernet PC Card USER'S GUIDE or onscreen instructions, for
Windows for Workgroup 3.11 regarding DE-660 PC Card installation.

Note: The WFW 3.11 driver comply to NDIS 3.0 specs.
The PCMCIA adapter must be enabled by the DSCD.EXE which
contains in the root directory of the driver diskette.
1. Add one line to config.sys using the text editor.
DEVICE=C:\DSCD.EXE /iop:300 /irq:11
2. At the DOS Prompt, type WIN to enter the windows system.
3. Click the "Network Setup" icon from the "Network" Group.
4. Windows for Workgroups will present a list of all available
Drivers. Select "UNLIST or Updated Network Adapter" for
third-party adapters not included in the list.
5. Windows for Workgroups will ask for the path where the adapter
drivers reside.
6. Insert the driver diskette into Drive A, and then type the
following
A:\WFW311
7. Windows for Workgroups will check whether or not the
OEMSETUP.INF file exists in the specified path.
If the file exists, Windows for Workgroups will then copy the
appropriate drivers into the Windows for Workgroups system.
8. The driver is now properly copied. Installation will then
proceed to the next steps. For information on these steps,
please refer to your Windows for Workgroups manual.
9. Restart your system

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
