LICENSE & CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT This License & Confidentiality Agreement is a legal agreement between you, the Licensee, and TOPMAX Electronic Company, the Licensor, for the enclosed software and any accompanying documentation (the "SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, Licensee must agree to be bound by the terms of this License & Confidentiality Agreement. If Licensee do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. Licensee shall promptly return it to Licensor or permanently remove it from Licensee's personal computer. RIGHTS AND LIMITATION: 1. Licensee may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE. 2. Licensee may reproduce and distribute an unlimited number of copies of SOFTWARE internally only. Each copy shall be a true complete copy, including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this License & Confidentiality Agreement. All files must be copied without modification. 3. Licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE. 4. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single produce. Licensee may not separate its component parts for use on more than one computer. 5. Licensee agrees not to export or re-export the SOFTWARE to any country, person, entity or end user subject to the local export laws in connection with the use of this SOFTWARE. 6. Licensee agrees that the right of using this SOFTWARE may be terminated if Licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this License & Confidentiality Agreement. NO WARRANTY: Licensee agrees and acknowledges that the SOFTWARE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and any use of this SOFTWARE is at Licensee's own risk. Licensor disclaim all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of third party intellectual property with regard to the SOFTWARE. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) resulting from the use or the inability to use this SOFTWARE, even if Licensor have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
