Information concerning EPSON PhotoQuicker(Windows)Ver.3.5
===============================================================================================

EPSON PhotoQuicker cautions are described below.
Please read printer's documentation about environment and specification.

[Cautions Concerning Voice Playback]
In order to play back voice data accompanying photo data, a Sound Blaster or compatible
sound card is necessary. The voice data may not play back normally due to the voice data
format or compression method.

[Prohibition of image file changing, moving or deletion during reading of the file]
From the point when EPSON PhotoQuicker reads a photo from the first image, through
processing and printing, the original photo is referred to in all the processing operations.
Therefore, even if a photo is read in the first screen, do not change, move or delete a
photo file until all operations are completed. Also, do not remove any removable media such
as a memory card, floppy disk, CD or MO disk.

[Deleting EPSON PhotoQuicker]
If you are deleting EPSON PhotoQuicker, use the Uninstaller from the start menu and uninstall
it together with EPSON PhotoStarter. If you cannot delete all the items, delete the files and
folders in the EPSON PhotoQuicker3.4 folder from Windows Explorer.
If you are using Windows XP, uninstall the software by selecting EPSON PhotoQuicker3.5 from
Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
Note that it is not possible to uninstall the software if you do not have administrator's
rights in Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Log in as an administrator in order to uninstall the
software.

[Caution Concerning Print]
Printing from PhotoQuicker and from another application at the same time is not recommended.
Doing so causes the pages printed from PhotoQuicker to be interspersed with the pages printed
from the other application.
Wait until printing is finished from PhotoQuicker before printing from another application.

[Cautions Concerning TWAIN]
Depending on your TWAIN settings, images may take an extremely long time to load.

[Cautions when using EPSON Photo!2 or EPSON Photo!3]
If you are acquiring an image with EPSON Photo!2 or EPSON Photo!3, we recommend that you
acquire images that have already been saved in a folder by EPSON Photo!2 or EPSON Photo!3.
If an image is acquired via TWAIN, it is impossible to access the date the image was and
the photo information with EPSON PhotoQuicker.

[Cautions Concerning Photo PC 750Z Photos]
The date, time, and other information on photos taken with the Photo PC 750Z cannot displayed
or printed.

[Cautions when using small images of 240 x 240 pixels or less]
In some cases, Auto Image Correction, Image Adjustment, PRINT Image Matching and Exif Print, set in
EPSON PhotoQuicker, may not be applied to 240 x 240 pixel images or smaller.

[Cautions concerning auto image correction, image adjustment, PRINT Image Matching and Exif Print]
In the following layouts where the picture frame is extremely small, color correction
processing in auto image correction, image adjustment, PRINT Image Matching and Exif Print are not
applied.

127 mm wide roll paper Index 89x127mm
89 x 127 mm wide cut paper Index

If the printer is compatible with PRINT Image Matching, the type of layout can be changed
later, but if the photo frame is extremely small in the added layout (including layouts
where the vertical or horizontal edges are narrow), auto image correction, image adjustment,
PRINT Image Matching and Exif Print are not applied.

[Problems with Manual Print]
The "Reduce/Enlarge", "Double-Sided Printing", and "Multi-Page" functions are not sent
properly to Epson printers. When these functions are used, it may not print correctly.

This software is based in part on the work of the Independent JPEG Group.
