1. Installing Modem Blaster in Microsoft Windows 95
To install Modem Blaster in Microsoft Windows 95, do the following:
1. Insert this diskette in your floppy disk drive A or B.
2. Click the "Start" button.
3. Choose "Settings" and click "Control Panel". The Control
Panel folder should appears.
4. Double click the "Modems" icon. The "Modem Properties" window
should appears.
5. Click the "Add..." button to add a new modem device. The
"Install New Modem" window should appears.
6. Choose "don't detect my modem......" and click the "Next"
button.
7. Make sure you have inserted this diskette in drive A or B and
click the "Have Disk..." button.
8. Choose "Creative Modem Blaster 28.8 External" and click the
"OK" button.
9. Choose the Comm Port which your modem is attached to (eg.
COM1, COM2, etc).
10.Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the
installation.
2. AT Command Reference Help
An AT Command Reference Help file is included in this diskette.
This file may be viewed in Microsoft Windows version 3.1 and above
(including Windows 95).
For easy reference, you may copy this file to your Hard Disk and
create an icon or shortcut for it. For instructions, please refer
to your Microsoft Windows manual.
3. Warning Notice to Australian Users
All telecommunications devices are required to hold AUSTEL permits,
ensuring their safety and interoperability with the Australian
Telecommunications network. To provide compliance with AUSTEL's
technical standards, please ensure the following AT commands are
maintained:
ATB0 (ITU/CCITT operation)
AT&G0 (no guard tone)
AT&P1 (33/66 pulse dial make/break ratio)
ATS0=0 or ATS0 > 1 (no answer or answer greater than 1 ring)
ATS6+n (blind dial delay - acceptable range is 2-5 seconds)
ATS11+95 (DTMF period between 70-255ms)
A total of 3 calls attempts are allowed to a telephone number, with
a minimum period between calls of 2 seconds. If the call does not
connect after 3 attempts, 30 minutes most expire before automatic
redialling may be initiated
Failure to set the modem and any application software used with the
modem, to the values shown above will result in the modem being
operated in a non-compliant manner. Consequently, there would be
no permit in force for this equipment, and the Telecommunications
Act 1991 prescribes a penalty of $12,000 for the connection of non
permitted equipment.

Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
