Windows NT v3.5x installation use the NDIS3 directory.

 1.  If Windows NT operating system is already installed, logon as
     Administrator and select <Network> icon from the <Control Panel>.

 2.  Select <Add Adapter> from the <Network> window.

 3.  Select the option <<Other>Requires disk from manufacturer> from
     the <Network Adapter Card> box. A <Insert Diskette> dialog box
     appears.

 4.  Insert the driver disk this driver disk in floppy drive A.

 5.  Follow the instructions appearing on the screen and type A:\NDIS3 when
     asked to give the source of the driver and press Enter.

 6.  A <Select OEM Option> dialog box appears. Select the adapter display
     below from the adapter list.

 7.  Configure the correct hardware setup where necessary for the adapter.

 8.  Select <OK> in the Network window.

 9.  Reboot the system.

 10. The RE100TX PCI adapter is now ready to service the network.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
