Summary:

Fixes and Enhancements
======================

Overall
-------
Added support for 5721 and 5751 PCI-e based networking devices
Added driver support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 x86_64 64 bit extended OS.

Windows 2000/2003
-----------------

Merged the Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 INF files.
Fixed an issue where high CPU load and sluggish server response could be observed when using BASP.
Fixed and issue where database file transfers may halt unexpectedly before completion and an ARP of the
  NIC from the network may return a MAC address of all 0's.
Added a new teaming type, SLB with a standby adapter with out automatic failback, if the primary NIC fails, then returns to   the team, the traffic stays on the secondary adapter instead of returning to the primary adapter.

Linux
-----------------

Added support for 5721 and 5751 PCI-e based networking devices
Added support for x86_64 bit extended processor versions of Linux.
