F65545 and F65548 can now handle packed scanline mode. 5. Fixed a problem where clicking on the ShortCut to MSDOS icon three times was corrupting the screen (VxD). 6. Fixed a problem with a dead mouse cursor image showing up when switching between Japanese CodePage and US CodePage in a DOS VM. The hardware cursor was showing up for Japanese CodePage in DOS VM. 7. Fixed a problem when dynamically changing resolutions from panning mode (1024x768) to a non-panning mode (640x480) and then going to DOS full screen and doing Alt-Enter. The screen was getting corrupted. 8. Fixed a problem with disabling the Hardware Cursor in Full Screen DOS and during the ShutDown process of Windows95. 9. Fixed a problem with the Software Cursor Exclusion in 24BPP mode. 10.Fixed a problem with flushing out the FIFO in 24BPP mode. 11.Fixed a problem with panning and dynamically changing the resolution, which was causing corruption during cursor movements. 12.Enabled panning in 16BPP Mode. 13.Added support for 4BPP Packed Modes. 14.Added support for F65530 Linear Frame Buffer NoteBooks where the Chips and Technologies driver has to be installed manually. 15.Fixed a problem with Cursor corruption in Virtual DOS Box. 16.Added support for multiple refresh rate if a multiple refresh rate Video BIOS is used. 17.Fixed a problem with the DirectDraw driver by correctly detecting the XRAM. 18.Added a new property sheet called Chips that allows you to switch displays between CRT only, LCD only, and LCD+CRT(Simultaneous) , allows you to change the monitor refresh rates and displays other driver information. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
