Intel(R) PRO/DSL 3200 Modem Service and Support ============================ There are several ways to get support for your DSL service. Online help and troubleshooting information has been included with your DSL software, for your convenience. Before calling for technical support, we recommend trying these suggestions first: 1. Run the DSL Diagnostics Tests. These will test your modem, your DSL link, and your ISP connection. Troubleshooting information is available for each test. Click the Help button to display possible solutions. 2. Next, verify your connection using Connection Manager. Troubleshooting information is available on all the Connection Manager windows. 3. View the dslhelp.chm file. This file is located on your Intel CD and contains troubleshooting information and possible solutions. To view the dslhelp.chm file, use Windows Explorer to locate the file on the Intel CD. Double-click the file to run it. Should you still need to call, we want to be able to answer your questions. Who do you call? In General, for: - Modem and DSL Link Problems, call your telephone company. - ISP Connection State problems: Contact your ISP at the number provided on the ISP tab. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
