Installation

Note:
To start the installation:
1.
Run the installation program (double click on the Diamond Icon)
Drivers will be unzipped by default to:
c:\Diamond\Update\
To install the modem with this driver:
a:
Case your modem was not installed:
Reboot your system and windows will ask you for the drivers:
The drivers can be found under c:\Diamond\Update\
b:
Case your modem was already installed as 56K Data Fax Modem PnP:
1.
go to 56K Data Fax Modem PnP under
MyComputer/ControlPanel/System/Hardware/DeviceManager/Modems
2.
double click on 56K Data Fax Modem PnP,
go to driver, then update driver, click on next, then search for a
suitable driver...,select specify a location, type the location of the driver
(c:\Diamond\Update\),
, click OK, select open, then windows has found a SupraExpress56e Pro, click next,
click yes, click on finish
Then windows will find a modem audio device and installs this automatically.
Then the modem will be installed

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
