Instructions for installing the Bluetooth Ethernet Adapter on Windows NT 4.0

Setup has automatically started the Windows NT Network Setup Wizard together with this guide.
1. You may be asked whether you would like to install Windows NT Networking. Answer "Yes" to this question.
2. The Network Setup Wizard starts, select "Wired to the network" and click the "Next" button.
3. Click the "Select from list..." button.
4. In the "Select Network Adapter" window that appears, click the "Have disk..." button.
5. In the "Insert Disk" window that appears, type the path to the NT 4 drivers on the harddrive, (e.g. C:\Program Files\Bluetooth Software Suite\Drivers\NT4).
6. In the "Select OEM Option" window that appears, click the "OK" button. Windows will now install the Bluetooth Ethernet Adapter.
7. Check that the Network Adapter is add, then click the "Next" button.
8. Check that the Network Protocol "TCP/IP Protocol" is selected, then click the "Next" button.
9. Check that all the Network Services are selected (default), then click the "Next" button.
10. The Network Setup Wizard is now ready to install Networking software, click the "Next" button to proceed.
11. Setup may need some Windows NT files, in this case insert the Windows NT CD and type the path (e.g. D:\i386), when prompted.
12. When copying files the "TCP/IP Setup" pops up, where you will be asked to use DHCP, answer "No" to this question.
13. After that "Microsoft TCP/IP Properties" pops up, where you need to specify an IP address for the Bluetooth Ethernet Adapter,
(Use e.g. 10.10.10.10 as IP address and e.g. 255.255.255.0 as Subnet Mask), click then the "OK" button.
14. After copying files the "Network Bindings" window is shown. Use the suggested defaults and then click the "Next" button.
15. Click the "Next" button again to proceed to network setup.
16. Type in a Computer Name and Workgroup or Domain name, then click the "Next" button.
17. Networking is now installed on the computer, click the "Finish" button.
18. Windows will prompt to restart the computer, answer "No" to this question and proceed to the installation of the Bluetooth Software Suite.
(The Bluetooth Software Suite installation will restart your computer when it is complete).
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
