DesignJet 2500CP DHCP_IP Settings.txt Driver File Contents (DesignJet2500CP.zip)

How to get to the DHCP/IP address settings on the DesignJet 2500CP.

1. Front panel says "Ready", press ENTER. 

2. UP arrow key until I/O Setup appears, then press ENTER. 

3. UP arrow key until Modular appears, then press ENTER. 

4. Find Cfg Network=No, press ENTER. 

5. UP arrow key to change to Yes, then press ENTER. 

6. Use the Arrow keys to scroll to Cfg TCP/IP=No appears, then press ENTER. 

7. Scroll to Yes, press ENTER. 

8. UP arrow key until BootP=Yes appears, and press ENTER. 

9. UP arrow key to change to No. Press ENTER. (This disables DHCP) 

10. UP arrow once to get to the IP byte section. 

11. Change IP byte by pressing ENTER, then using arrow keys to change number. Press ENTER when done to change next IP byte, repeat until IP address is entered. 

12. After IP address is entered, press ENTER. Use UP arrow to find Subnet Mask (SM), syslog server IP address (LG), default gateway (GW) and timeout (TIMEOUT). Press ENTER to modify parameter, and do same process as IP byte above. If timeout = 0, timeout is disabled. 

13. Press PREVIOUS button and repeat until "Ready" appears.
