Languages Not Supported:
Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Greek, 
Hebrew, Hungarian, Polish, Russian, Turkish 

Operating Systems Supported:
Windows XP Home
Windows XP Professional

Memory Requirement:
64 MB

Hard Disk Space Available Requirement:
10 MB

Installation Notes
===========================================================

Recommended installation type is 'Typical'.

When using Windows XP, it is necessary to log in as 
'Administrator' for the DELL | Help and Support to install 
completely.

Un-Installation Notes
===========================================================

When Uninstallation occurs, the Microsoft Help and Support 
page will be displayed with default information, because the 
DELL | Help and Support Customizations will be removed.

The help documents will still be available in the default
Help and Support page configuration after uninstall. 

Uninstallation of DELL | Help and Support must be started 
from 'Administrator' mode for proper removal of all files.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
