Problem: Start/Programs folder definitions not correct in all foreign languages, showing (newfolder1/newShortcut1)
Cause: This problem cropped up in version 7.57.01 as a result of creating the shortcut via GUI properties. This change was necessary for our ASF installer shortcut to co-exist with our BACS installer shortcut.
Change: Because InstallShield did not automatically propagate the shortcut strings into all languages, I had to import the strings into all foreign languages.
Impact: All international BACS/MgmtApps installers.

Problem: CQ7810 - "baspupgrade" switch should install bacs and basp on a clean system.
Cause: Was setting upgrade flag if baspupgrade was set at the line command. This flag needs to be set only if basp is already on the system.
Change: baspupgrade flag is now being set in FirstUIAfter only if basp currently exists. If basp is not already on the system, basp install will be called.
   Impact: All Server installers.
Problem: CQ9865 - On install the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "Default" key is set to a blank value.
Cause: The bacstray component's registry data contained a setting for this key which was blank.
