Conexant Fusion98 SDK

IMPORTANT:

	1.  Windows 98 Second Edition must be installed prior
		to installing these Fusion 98 drivers.

	2.  Any older version Fusion 98 drivers
		must be deleted via the windows hardware
		configuration manager and their corresponding
		inf files removed from the windows inf
		directory prior to this installation.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TOOLS TO BUILD THE
DRIVER:

	1. Windows NT 4.0 with service pack 3 

	2. WDM DDK2000 (March 1999 ed. or later)

	3. VISUAL C++ 6.0

NOTES:

1.  The current drivers install from Bt848.inf, 
bttuner.inf, and btxbar.inf.

2.  We include checked(debug) and free(retail)
binaries with the release

3.  This driver tested on our Bt878 X-EVK
with Philips tuners.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
