2. Driver Installation for MAC OS X

1.Copy ipfmac.pkg.zip to desktop
2.Click ipfmac.pkg.zip ,then ipfmac.pkg will display at the desktop
3.Click ipfmac.pkg to install driver.



3. Parameter Description

1.If you want to set the adapter's speed/duplex , select [Harddisk->
  Applications->Utilities->Terminal],then it should pop the terminal console.
  Type the "ifconfig" to know the adapter's information . Make sure what
  adapter you want to modify and you have the right with authority.
   
  10 full-duplex , type
  sudo ifconfig en2 media 10baseT/UTP mediaopt full-duplex
   
  10 half-duplex , type
  sudo ifconfig en2 media 10baseT/UTP mediaopt half-duplex
   
  100 full-duplex , type
  sudo ifconfig en2 media 100baseTX   mediaopt full-duplex

  100 half-duplex , type
  sudo ifconfig en2 media 100baseTX   mediaopt half-duplex

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
