      provide the writing of the list of requested fonts
      (with corresponding XServer's answers) into "xserver.out" file;
     - the "NumLock" key is unlatched key (by default) to prevent
      its influence on popular window managers (mwm, olwm...);
     - the "Restart XServer" executing provides the full restart
      of XServer with re-reading of the ini-file;
     - the Color cursors are available now;
     - the "startwin.exe" is renamed to "nstartwn.exe"
      to prevent the influence of name on some Windows monitor
      programs;
     - the new ".kmf" keyboard mapping files were implemented,
      which provide more flexible control of keyboard.
      The "composers" are available now. The same
      ".kmf"-files are also used in Telnet.

  3.1.2. XStartup:
     - the allowed length of command line was changed from 128
      to 255 symbols.

  3.1.3. XSettings:
     - the "Unlatched NumLock key" setting is available now
      to control the using of "NumLock" key.

      in Multiple window mode was fixed (e.g. "xv" program);
     - the "mc"("midnight commander") window not always received
      correct mouse events;
     - sometimes (in Multiple window mode) the names of icons
      were empty;
     - XServer could crash if the XDMCP host name was wrong.

  3.2.2. XSettings:
     - the space-symbol is allowed now in "FontPath" items;

  3.2.3 Ftp:
     - a few bugs were fixed.

      4. Undocumented Features
	-------------------------

  4.1. XServer and XSettings:
     - the "Silent Bell" setting was implemented to block all sounds
      (internal sounds and X-protocol XBell requests);
     - the "Block KeySyms Changing" and "Block Modifiers Changing" settings

      "iniRunLpr=1","iniRunXStartup=1" and/or "iniRunPing=1" items

      start the corresponding program(s) when the XServer starts;
     - the "XTcpPort=" item may be inserted in "[XSETUP]" section
      to change the default (6000) XServer port number;

  4.3. Telnet:
     - the telnet.exe may be ran with the "hostname" parameter
     to avoid the necessity to enter the hostname interactively;

        5. Known problems
        ------------------

  5.1. XServer:
     - drawing of partial arcs may be very slow ;
     - the CDE/XDMCP of the HP-UX host may provide the infinite
      waiting of connection. To avoid this the new "HP" fonts
      alias directory may be included into the XServer FontPath;
     - the "Forced Backing Store" setting may provide the wrong
      screen redisplaying in some cases (e.g. Netscape scrolling).
     - since the XServer uses the "MSB-first" byte- and bit- orders,
      so the viewing of the incorrectly sent "LSB-first" bitmaps
      and pixmaps may produce wrong images (especially with
      "TrueColor" visuals) .

  5.2. Lpd:
     - the printers on the remote Windows NT 4 hosts
      are unavailable from the local host with Windows NT 4 .

  5.3. NFS-Server:
     - may have problems on PC with a few IP addresses.

  5.4. NFS-Client/Win95:
     - cannot be used yet on PC with a few IP addresses;
     - the PC must be restarted after you change the license
      "xwpdllid.dll" file.
