 Getting Started
 ---------------
Note: The NE4200 WFW 3.11 driver comply to NDIS 3.0 specs.

*Under DOS, install PCMCIA software which you want.

*When a LAN driver is installed, Windows for Workgroups will present a
list of all available drivers. Since there will be no NE4200
         drivers (ICARD.386, ICARD.DOS and ICARD.COM driver programs)
initially, select UNLIST for third-party adapters not included in the
         list.

*Windows for Workgroups will ask for the path where the adapter drivers
         reside.
Modify the path accordingly.(ie. If the AUTOinstall was used C:\WFW311)

*Windows for Workgroups will check whether or not the OEMSETUP.INF file
exists in the specified path. If the file exists, Windows for
Workgroups will then copy the appropriate drivers into the Windows
         for Workgroups system.

The driver is now properly copied. Installation will then proceed to
the next steps. For information on these steps, please refer to your
         Windows for Workgroups manual.

After installation, the drivers will be part of the Windows for
Workgroups system. Subsequent accesses to the driver lists will
         include the NE4200 drivers.
