To install the Drivers for the Mercury X2: 1. Open the Control Panel 2. Click on the Display icon. 3. Click on the Change Display Type button in the Display Setting Window. 4. Click on the Change button in the Adapter Type box in the Display Type Window. 5. Click on the Other button in the Select Device Window. 6. Change the Highlighted drive letter to the appropriate letter for your floppy drive. 7. Enter "winnt35.inf" after the drive letter. 8. The "Tseng Labs Accelerated W32" device is highlighted. 9. Click on the Install button in the Select Device window. 10. Click on the Yes Button in the Installing Driver pop-up window. 11. Click on the New button in the Windows NT Setup window. 12. Change the drive letter of the floppy if neccesary 12. Click on continue in the changed Windows NT Setup window. 13. Wait for Windows NT to copy the files to the hard drive. 14. Click on OK when the Drivers Succesfully Installed window appears. 15. Click on OK in the "driver could not be started dynamically..." window. 16. Click on the Restart button. (after saving any work you are doing!!!) 17. When the boot manager appears select the windows nt option (not VGA!) 18. Open the control panel. 19. Click on the Display icon. 20. Change the color depth and resolution to the desired settings. 21. Shutdown and reboot. If you have questions or run into problems Call Software Integrators. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
