Software License Agreement This Meta Media Software User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (User) and Meta Media, Inc. (Vendor) for using the enclosed application program (Software). If you do not accept to the terms of this Agreemment, please terminate the installation and do not use the Software. Grant of License: Upon acceptance of the Agreement, you are granted the rights to install and use the Software on a hard disk or a network server, and make one backup copy of the Software onto CD disc. It is for you to use the Software with a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable condition. Software Copyright: The Software and the accompanying documentation is protected by the copyright laws of the international treaty provisions. Restriction: The User must use this Software together with a hardware product and are subjected to use this Software as a part of the hardware. The User may not distribute the copies of the Software to others or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another over any media.The User may not post the Software onto the Internet. The component in the Software may not be separated for use. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Software and any accompanying documentation shall be the exclusive property of Meta Media, Inc. Warranty: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO THE USER ON "AS IS" BASIS. NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
