Introduction:

This document describes the procedure to install Windows NT v4.0
driver for D-Link DGE-500T Gigabit Adapter.
Location of Driver: A:\DLKNSND4.SYS
Installing driver procedure on Microsoft Windows NT :
-----------------------------------------------------
When you are in Windows NT :
1. Select the 'Network' icon in the Control Panel Group.
2. Click the 'Add' button in the 'Network' Dialog Box.
3. Select the 'Adapter' and click the 'Add' button in the 'Network'
Dialog Box.
4. Click the 'Have Disk' button in the 'Select Network adapters' Dialog
Box.
5. Insert the D-Link DGE-500T Gigabit Adapter Driver Diskette in drive A,
enter drive and pathname A:\ which is the path where the setup file
OEMSETUP.INF is located,and then choose the OK button.
6. The screen will appear "Duplex Mode" dialog box which is provide
by DLKNSND4.SYS driver. The default value is "auto" so that the
D-Link DGE-500T Gigabit Adapter and its driver DLKNSND4.SYS will
auto-detect the line speed, while the DLKNSND4.SYS is loading.
7. NT will then perform the binding process.If any additional network
software options were installed,you may be prompted for specific
information for these packages.
8. Restarting your system you will acquire network service.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
