Subject: IDE Driver Change Notice
The IDE driver has been changed from 5IDE136.EXE to 5IDE137a.EXE.
Four parts have been changed :
(1) SiS IDE Windows 95 driver modified.
(2) SiS IDE Windows 95 readme file modified.
(3) SiS IDE Windows NT driver modified.
(4) SiS IDE OS/2 driver modified.

1. Under Windows 95, system hanged when opening Norton System Doctor with
PIO mode driver installed.
Sol: V1.36a fixed.
2. Under Windows 95, IDE ZIP Drives are supported by SiS IDE Windows 95
Driver since Version 1.37.
3. Under Windows 95, LS 120 Drives are supported by SiS IDE Windows 95
Driver since Version 1.37.
4. Add SiS IDE Windows 95 Driver notes regarding ZIP removable IDE in
.\WIN95\README.TXT
5. Modified SiS IDE Windows 95 Setup Module to fit Windows 95 Memphis B1,
and Windows 98 B2.
6. Under Windows NT, IDE ZIP Drives are supported by SiS IDE Windows NT
Driver since Version 1.37.
7. Under OS/2, system boot fails when Quantum HDD ST2.1A is installed as
primary channel master.
Sol: V1.37 fixed.
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
