Introduction
============
  This document describes the procedures to install Windows 95 driver
  for TGUI96XX Series Video Adapter.

  Windows 95 is the operation system  with Plug&Play feature  and  will
  auto-detect your card's configuration and set it. The user don't need
  to do anything for the adapter configuration.

Installation Procedures
=======================

  1. When log into Windows 95, click on the "Start" icon, then move the
     mouse to "Settings" icon and click on the "Control Panel".

  2. In the Control Panel window, click on the "Display" icon.

  3. In the Display Properties dialog box, choose the "Setting" item.
 
  4. Click the "Change Display Type..." button.

  5. Select "Adapter Type / Change..." item.

  6. In the Select Device dialog box, select "Have Disk..." item.

  6. Insert the driver diskette into drive A, and then click "OK" button.

  7. Select the "Trident 9660/9680/938X, Linear Accelerated for PCI (v3.01.09)",
     and then click "OK" button.

  8. Windows 95 would perform driver installation.

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
