Troubleshooting:
Troubleshooting hints are provided in the User Manual.
If you have difficulty to connect to PPPoE server, you may need to suppress
IP header compression. Instructions for doing this follow.
Win2000
1. Click Start--> Settings--> Network and Dial-up Connections
2. Locate and right-click on the icon for the PPPoE dial-up
connection--> choose Properties
3. Select the Networking tab
4. Double-click on the Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) component
5. On the General tab, click Advanced: select or deselect header
compression, in the PPP link box
Win98SE/WinMe
1. Open 'My Computer'
2. Me only: open 'Control Panel'
3. Open 'Dial-Up Networking'
4. Locate and right-click on the icon for the PPPoE dial-up
connection--> choose Properties
5. Select Server Types
6. Click TCP/IP Settings
7. Select or deselect Ip header compression
Download Driver Pack
After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
