                             Installation Overview
             =======================================================

The NDIS driver programs included in the driver diskette NDIS20 directory.
These driver programs comply with Microsoft's NDIS v2.0.1 specification.

The following text files describe the installation procedure for some of the
most popular operating systems supporting NDIS drivers.

The following document files detail the installation procedure for some of
the most popular operating systems supporting NDIS drivers:

The systems listed above are just some of the network operating systems that
support the NDIS driver. Newer versions of these systems might have already
been released in the market. In general, any system that uses the
NDIS 2.0.1 driver is functionally compatible with the NDIS drivers included
   in the driver diskette.

   The Driver Keywords:
   --------------------
NETWORKADDRRES - This keyword specifies the node address (in hex) used by
the adapter. This option is used only to override the node
address stored in the adapter. With this keyword specified
, the specified address will be used instead of the
                     adapter's actual node address.

LINE_SPEED - This parameter specifies the configuration of line speed
of the network adapter. If LINE_SPEED does not specified,
it will auto detect the date rate.
                     Allowed value: 10MB, 100MB.

SLOT - This parameter specifies the PCI slot number used for
                     notifications.
                     Allowed value: 0 - 255.

BUS - This parameter specifies the bus number used for
                     notifications.
                     Allowed valne: 0 - 31.

CONNECTION_MODE - This parameter specifies the connector type configuration
                     of the network adapter card.
Allowed value: AUTOSENSE. (default or no specify)
                                    TP. (Half-Duplex mode)
                                    TP_FULL_DUPLEX. (Full-Duplex mode)
