Identification To determine if this is the correct modem driver for your computer, please check your invoice that came with the system and compare it to the applicable part numbers listed below in this file. Installation Download the file to the desktop, and then follow these steps. 1. Double-click the 7510877.exe file. 2. In the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box, click Unzip to expand the files to the C:\cabs\7510877 folder. When finished, click OK, and then click Close. 3. Close all open programs. 4. Click Start, and then click Run. In the Run dialog box, in the Open text box, type: C:\cabs\7510877\Setup.exe. Click OK. 5. An Updating Hardware Information Database dialog box opens, followed by three New Hardware Found dialog boxes for the PCI Modem Enumerator, the 56k PCI Voice Modem SF-1156IV R9A, and the Unimodem Half Duplex Wave Device. In the Add/Remove Programs Properties dialog box, on the Install/Uninstall tab, in the list of installed programs, click 56k PCI Voice Modem SF-1156IV R9A (Uninstall), and then click Add/Remove. 4. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.
Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).
If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.
Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.
Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.
