to be in ordder to handle "Extended SSFDC" for sizes bigger than 128MB and up to
     1GB.
  2) Changed formatting applet and MSDServ to take into account modifications made in
point 1 and to pass format parameters to the driver. MSDServ interface was
     changed.
  3) Corrected a behaviour with Allow/Prevent removal which caused BSOD of unplug just
     after a writing.

  6) Modified registry entry which indicates a special format for a given card kind, to
handle any new future kind of format. Example: old "SMCNeedsSSFDC" entry if an empty
value becomes "SMCNeeds" entry with "SSFDC" value.
  7) Added prototype Sony Stick format (Never tested as firmware not ready yet),
activated through an entry in the registry: "MsNeeds" with value "SONYSTICK"'
  8) Removed the Read-only attribute of usb_msd.pdr which caused it not to be replaced
     by newer versions while upgrading.
