Section 1.0 Directory Layout

\DOS\DRIVERS\ Directory containing a fully interrupt driven serial port driver
for DOS. This driver is NOT required for this hardware product
to operate. This driver is offered to allow OEMs and
developers an efficient and cost effective serial software

this hardware product is compatible with many existing
operating systems, applications, and development platforms.
		See file DRV.TXT

\DOS\DIAG\ This directory contains several serial port diagnostic programs
that may be useful if a problem occurs. See file DIAG.TXT

\DOS\NOTES\ Information regarding installation and technical notes on COM:
ports are found in this sub-directory. Notes are included on
DOS, OS/2, Windows and Windows NT.

\DOS\DIAG\UTIL\ Utility programs that may be needed if a conflict occurs.
Information on the 16550 FIFO UART is also located in this
		directory. See file UTIL.TXT

located in this directory. See file PCMCIA.TXT for details.
