          Installation of MACHINE.INF and MSHDC.INF
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1.  Start Windows 95 and copy Machine.inf and Mshdc.inf from the directory
    where you extracted them (for example: C:\Inffiles.W95) to C:\WINDOWS\INF.

2.  From the Start menu, select Settings, Control Panel.  From Control Panel,
    select System by double clicking on the System icon.  Click on the Device
    Manager tab in System Properties.  Select "View Devices by Connection".
    Delete "PCI Bus" which is located under "Plug and Play BIOS" and restart
    Windows.  After restarting Windows, Intel Chip Set (82371AB PIIX4)
    devices will be recognized.

                  Installation of USB.INF

Before installation of USB.INF, you must install the Windows 95 OPK USB 
Supplement.  

1. With Win95 running, copy USB.INF from the directory where you extracted it
   (for example: C:\Inffiles.W95) to C:\WINDOWS\INF.

2. From the Start Menu, select Settings, Control Panel.  In Control Panel,
   open System by double clicking on the System Icon.  Click on the Device
   Manager tab in System Properties.  Under "Other Devices", remove the USB
   devices.  Restart Windows.

3. After Windows is starting, it will detect and start loading the USB driver.
   If Windows prompts for UHDC.SYS driver, please provide the path where the 
   file is located (i.e. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM or extracting folder C:\USBSUPP.W95
   from the Windows 95 OPK USB Supplement.)

How To Update Drivers Manually

After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

  • Expand the archive file (if the download file is in zip or rar format).

  • If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.

  • Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.

  • Find the device and model you want to update in the device list.

  • Double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  • From the Properties dialog box, select the Driver tab.

  • Click the Update Driver button, then follow the instructions.

Very important: You must reboot your system to ensure that any driver updates have taken effect.
