Mercury Tv Tuner Plus Multifunction Tv Card =========================================== This card does not have windows xp driver from manufacturer(www.kobian.com). I ran this card on windows xp with btwincap driver. the card i have has bt878 chip on it. 1. first we need to install btwincap v5.3.8 (http://btwincap.sourceforge.net). btwincap should autodetct the card as "Flyvideo 98(LR50)/Chronos Video Shuttle II". in the video card selection drop down list, select "Flyvideo 98(LR50)/Chronos Video Shuttle II". 2. in the Tv Tunder Model drop down list select "Philips PAL/SECAM multi (FQ1215ME). click next and finish btwincap installation. reboot your machine. 3. now you need a Tv viewer application. I used beyound Tv, ChrisTV and DScaler(freeware). beyond TV v4.4.0 (http://www.snapstream.com) worked on my pc. you need to try a lot of channels in beyound TV setup before you can find video. here are some channels that worked good on my computer.. 12, 34, 36, 56, 94, 98. there are many others you have to try. you should also try DScaler v4 from (http://deinterlace.sourceforge.net). this can fine tune channels and has lot of options to improve picture quality. After your driver has been downloaded, follow these simple steps to install it.

If the expanded file has an .exe extension, double click it and follow the installation instructions.
Otherwise, open Device Manager by right-clicking the Start menu and selecting Device Manager.
