1. GENERAL

SoftNET is a communication software providing easy connection to the Internet or private
networks through GSM/GPRS/PSTN/ISDN modems like through a conventional LAN adapter.

2. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS.

Before you install the SoftNET software you should install and configure the software for
the modems that intended to be used with the SoftNET.

reenable the Local Area Connection that corresponds to the SoftNET Mobile Adapter to be
able to use that new-installed modem with the SoftNET.

  IMPORTANT!!!

If you are going to use SoftGSM or SoftGSM USB Modem with the SoftNET, you must upgrade
your SoftGSM driver to version 1.0.0.7 or higher that you can get from www.softgsm.com.
Close all applications using SoftGSM or SoftGSM USB Modem and run SoftGSM setup program.

You MUST uninstall SoftNET Beta or RC previous to version 1.1.0000.0 before you install
this version. Upgrading from the SoftNET Betas or RCs previous to version 1.1.00000.0 is
  not supported!!!

You MUST install the SoftNET only on Windows 2000 and Windows XP Releases.

You MUST log on to Windows 2000/XP with administrator permissions to successfully install
  the SoftNET.
