DiSk2: Contains VideoCD 2.0 application
Disk3: Contains Microsoft ActiveMovie Runtime

Section (A) - Installation (New Installation):
--------------------------------

IMPORTANT:
1. This MX501 Driver requires Windows 95 and DirectX2 or later
   to be installed.
2. To playback MPEG under Microsoft's ActiveMovie - you need to have
   first installed ActiveMovie 1.0.
3. This installation also installs the software MPEG player as a backup.
This softare player will not be activated unless the hardware is
unavaliable for any reason (e.g. board was pulled out).
4. For driver updates see http://www.mediamatics.com.

INSTALLATION:
1. To install the Board - Turn off your PC and plug the board into
a free PCI slot. For Older computers (i.e 486PCs with Mercury chipsets) - you need
to choose a slot that is capable of Bus Mastering.

2. Turn on the PC. When Win95 discovers the PC Multimedia Device -
choose the option to provide a Driver - and put the floppy
labeled DISK1 in the drive. Select the file MX501.inf for installation
and the system will automatically install the drivers.

MCI drivers for Windows 95 will be installed
automatically along with Drivers for ActiveMovie.
