* 2. MODIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS
************************************************************

1. Obtain the latest version of the Video BIOS files

2. Notice that there are several types of files
    a. .flx Flex AIM Files
    b. com_bmp.exe	Combination Utilities
        com_vbt.exe
    c. .bsf BIOS Script Files
    d. .vbt Video BIOS Table Files
    e. .dat Video BIOS Data File
    f. malm_xxxx.exe	Video BIOS TSR

3. Use the com_bmp.exe file to combine the .bsf files
    together
    a. Usage: c:\com_bmp malm_xxxx vch_lfp_xxxx
This will combine both the .bsf files into the first
file (malm_xxxx.bsf). Note: Do not use extensions

4. Use the com_vbt.exe file to combine the .vbt files
    together
    a. Usage: c:\com_vbt malm_xxxx vch_lfp_xxxx
This will combine both the .vbt files into the first
file (malm_xxxx.vbt). Note: Do not use extensions

5. Run BMP with the malm_xxxx.vbt file and make appropriate
    changes

6. Append the flex AIM modules to the modified .vbt file.
Several flex AIM modules can be appended to the .vbt
file. The created file will be the final AIM module
file used in the system BIOS. In this example, we call
    it mbi.bin
    a. Usage: c:\copy /b malm_xxxx.vbt+filename1.flx+
        filename2.flx mbi.bin
or if no flex AIM modules are to be inserted
    a. Usage: c:\copy malm_xxxx.vbt mbi.bin
